What’s included in every plan?
Every plan includes the inventory workspace, customer selections, one standard website, and online ordering. Manage product information, pricing, media, and availability in BRILL, then share or publish your inventory from the same workspace.
How do the online sales fees work?
Inventory and Connect include a 3% fee on online checkout sales. Percentage fees are capped; contact us to confirm the cap for your setup. Complete has a 0% BRILL sales fee. Payment-processing fees are additional on every plan.
Which plans connect to suppliers?
Connect and Complete support supplier connections, including supported RapNet sync, supplier API pulls, and FTP/SFTP feeds. We’ll review your suppliers and requirements with you before implementation.
Is setup or custom website design included?
One standard website is included in every plan. Implementation, custom design, launch support, and other custom work are scoped separately by Brilliantship around your business and requirements.
